Behind this blog stands two people, Rune and Irene Saether.   Together we have experience in cross culture leadership and communication. Our last two decades of leadership is reflected in or teaching and mentorship. We both have several leadership schools and a coach training  from YWAM / CMI.

We are originally from the west coast of Norway, but have been living the last 14 years in the south eastern part of Romania together with our four boys.

We live and work in the city of Constanta,  and are part of  Youth with a Mission.

We have been leading Youth With a Mission Constanta for 10 years. Our focus has been to build a sustainable work amongst poor and marginalised people and to educate and strengthen young resourceful people. This combination has resulted in a working community that is committed to work together to pursue this goal. We grew from a group of 12 to 30 full time staff over the last 5 years.

In April 2015 we handed over the leadership of Youth With a Mission to a team of leaders, and are looking forward to see what the future brings.

Our focus is pioneering, leadership and innovation.
